Your reminder that if you need some training on Thursday night, the folks at @gfunklb will get you into shape. What can you expect from a ride hosted by criterium racers? 😆

Maybe donuts and some bevvies will be on the agenda, but a quick tempo can always be counted on. We love us some Gfunk. They meet at 7:30pm in Long Beach and are a regular fixture on the Calendar 🙏 by @gfunklb

Glimpse of the community No. 12

Long Beach has a thriving community with a spicy ride hosted by @gfunklb every week.

This week the @sun.dazies took the helm and sped the group to Knott's and back. It was a great time!

If you're in search of a challenging ride, definitely check out @gfunklb and for FTWNB riders looking for a really amazing space @sun.dazies has you covered. by @gfunklb

@gfunklb yesterday when the reel only has the start and finish of the ride you can assume I was under pressure in that whole middle part @izzyballs led it and I got a nice workout in, coming to the next one clipped in, working on getting my fitness back up 🚴🏿‍♂️💨 taken in Long Beach, California by @gfunklb
