Because I know what it’s like to be more than your worst chapter.

I’ve been the woman people could have written off.

I’ve made mistakes.
I’ve paid consequences.
I’ve had to rebuild.
I’ve had to earn trust back.
I’ve had to become somebody different from who I once was.

That’s why I believe in accountability AND redemption.

The two can exist at the same time.

I don’t need to pretend people don’t make mistakes.
I don’t need to excuse anyone’s behavior.
And I don’t need to carry someone else’s choices.

But I will always believe that a person’s worst moment doesn’t automatically erase every good thing they’ve ever done—or every possibility of who they could become.

That’s the lesson my own life taught me. And nobody gets to take that from me.

So, take a slow breath and return to the present. The mind becomes heavy when it carries yesterday’s regrets and tomorrow’s worries at the same time.

I’ve carried enough.
I’m choosing peace now.

SUNDAY RECAP 🙏🏽🙌🏾💙

It’s been a little while since we’ve all made it to church, but today we woke up and said, “We’re going today! The devil has been busy!” 😂💯 Sometimes you just have to shake off the distractions and get back in His presence!

We started at church, then stopped to hug and kiss our QUEEN MAMA before her 80th birthday on 10/19/26. 🥹🫶🏽
Happy CakeDAY to the Queen of my heart! 80 years of life is a blessing, and I thank God for YOU, Mama! 👑💙

After a few pit stops, we ended up at Desert Breeze Skate Park with my littles. While they skated and roamed, I took some time to journal, reflect, and count my blessings. 🙏🏽

God, family, faith, and the little moments that make life beautiful. Life isn’t perfect, but it sure is a blessing! I don’t take any of it for granted. 💙🙌🏾

Six years later and your girl is back! 👀🥢😂

Went to an all-you-can-eat hibachi buffet and I’m giving y’all my honest review: 6/10.

Some things were good, some things need improvement, and the customer service could use a little TLC. The good news? These are FIXABLE things!

And listen… YOUR GIRL ATE FOR FREE! 😭🤣 So yes, I’m grateful AND I’m keeping it real. Both can be true!

What’s your BIGGEST restaurant pet peeve? Mine is taking my plate before asking if I’m finished! 😂👇🏽

1. Stop rushing. You’re not behind. You’re living YOUR life, not competing in somebody else’s race.

2. Stop telling everybody your business. Some people don’t need an update. They need to mind theirs. 😭🤣

3. Save your money, girl! Love is beautiful, but so is having money when life decides to humble you. 😂💰

4. Choose your partner wisely. Butterflies are cute, but peace in your own home? BABY, THAT’S THE REAL LUXURY.

5. Take care of your health. You cannot keep pouring from an empty cup and then wonder why you’re exhausted.

6. Stop trying to prove yourself to people who have already decided to misunderstand you. Let them think what they want. You have a life to live.

7. Learn to apologize. Being grown doesn’t mean you’re always right. Accountability looks good on you, too.

8. Keep God in your plans. Sometimes what you want isn’t what you need, and sometimes that delay is protecting you.

9. Love your family, but establish boundaries. You can love somebody deeply and still decide what you will no longer tolerate.

10. ENJOY YOUR LIFE, GIRL! Stop waiting until you lose weight, make more money, buy the house, or reach some imaginary finish line to be happy.

Mama didn’t raise you to spend your whole life trying to impress people. 😭💙

Build a life that gives you peace, not just one that looks good in pictures.

THE ENDING WAS THE BEGINNING. 💯

Sometimes, you have to let one chapter close so God can lead you into another. 🙏🏽💙

Not every ending is a loss, and not every new beginning will be comfortable. Growth requires courage, change requires faith, and victory requires you to keep showing up—even when the journey gets hard. 💪🏽

Stop fearing the end of what was and start embracing the possibilities of what could be. 🔥

Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Every setback is a chance to learn. And every new beginning is a reminder that your past does NOT have the final say over your future. Walk by faith. Move with purpose. Embrace the process. And when you finally overcome what once felt impossible, take a moment to celebrate how far you’ve come. 🏆

Sometimes God allows us to experience storms that remind us just how much we’ve grown. 💯🙏🏽

Not every battle deserves our reaction, and not every situation deserves our presence. Sometimes the greatest victory is choosing peace, protecting your family, and trusting God with what you cannot control. 💪🏽

I’m learning that growth isn’t about never getting angry. It’s about knowing how to manage that anger without allowing a temporary emotion to jeopardize everything you’ve worked so hard to build. Whew! That part. 🤦🏽‍♀️💯

My peace, my family, my freedom, and my purpose are worth protecting. 🙏🏽💙

Choose your battles wisely. Not every situation deserves a reaction, and not every disagreement deserves access to your peace. Sometimes the biggest proof of growth is knowing you could react, but choosing not to. Not because you’re weak, but because what you’re building is worth more than what you’re feeling in the moment. 💯

Real success isn’t about being better than the next person. It’s about becoming better than the person you were yesterday. 💯

My journey was never about stepping on others to climb higher, taking what wasn’t mine, or dimming someone else’s light so mine could shine.

It’s about growth. Healing. Accountability. Faith. And using everything I’ve survived to serve a purpose greater than myself.

I’ve learned that you can win without making someone else lose. You can shine without dimming another person’s light. And you can rise without forgetting where you came from.
