Happy birthday, my guy. 🔒❤️

The universe has such a funny way of working out and giving you exactly what you need, at the right time.

You just get me. I count my blessings every day for you.

To many more years of laughter, tears, crazy memories, tomorrowland adventures, yochi soups and the best things yet to come. by @ggiecco_

Just a girl who loves a bit of balance 💅🏻

Don’t get me wrong, there’s moments when locking in is absolutely necessary, but don’t let the internet fool you that there’s no room for enjoyment and living your life alongside achieving the things you want.

You can meal prep and enjoy the dinner out.
You can do all the exercise or nothing at all one day.
You can go on holiday and it not ruin your progress.
You can go out and get back to it in the morning.
You can quite literally do it all.

Right know I’m deep in the great lock in, but you best bet I’m still the biggest advocate for healthy balance. by @ggiecco_

Get you a bestie that’ll meet you in Mykonos 🧡 by @ggiecco_

How is my baby 9 🥺🥺🥺

Taking Boss to Belgium was off the cards (trust me I researched if it was possible), so a Tomorrowland party was the next best thing ✨

Happy birthday to my human baby disguised as a dog.
Nine and still raving ❤️‍🔥 by @ggiecco_

It becomes effortless when you love everyday.

I reiterate, food is not your enemy girlies!!!

There’s a biiiig difference between over eating for the sake of it vs making your food work for you.

Trust me, I’ve been on both ends, extremely skinny with zero nutrition knowledge (thinking I had to eat 10 burgers a day to put on weight), and on the other end, thinking I had to cut carbs and eat sub 1500 cals to lose weight. Neither of these are true!

Train hard, fuel your body properly, EAT the damn CARBS and food, track your progress efficiently, give it time and you can quite literally create the body you’ve always wanted. 🤏🏻 by @ggiecco_
