A little Lebanon, a lot of heart. 🇱🇧❤️

Honored to see House of Lebanon San Diego featured in the November issue of Greet La Jolla, celebrating 20 years of culture, friendship, and community in Balboa Park.

Thank you, Greet La Jolla, for sharing our story—and to everyone who continues to bring it to life.

Volunteering takes time, energy, and plenty of hard work. But the most beautiful part is the unconditional love behind it—for our country, our culture, and our community—and the joy of sharing that love with others ❤️🇱🇧
So proud of all of you and honored to serve alongside you!

My jido and Maya’s daily routine was to always greet each other with “As-salamu alaykum/Wa alaikum assalam”; these are just a handful of moments to show the indescribable bond that they shared. We couldn’t have asked for a better role model. Thank you for showing us what it truly means to be hard working. You taught us resilience, patience, and most importantly compassion. And thank you for the unconditional support and love that you showed us. You are truly unforgettable 🤍🕊️. by @ghadakadri

الِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
Indeed, to Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dad, Abdul Latif Kadri. An amazing husband, father and
grandfather🙏
Please keep him and our family in your prayers. May Allah forgive him, shower him with mercy, and grant him the
highest place in Jannah.🙏 by @ghadakadri

Sweet memories of my Jido wanting to walk me to the ice cream store, of the two glass bottles of Pepsi he would have waiting to serve us, the shoes that are 4 sizes too small 😅and of my Sito always making me feel so special.

When I think back , what I remember most is love and kindness. It’s the smallest moments that still make my heart smile—the gentle smile, the warm hug, and that beautiful feeling of “I am so proud of you.”
I cherish these memories more than words can say, because I realize now that it was these simple moments, these quiet expressions of love, that became a part of me and helped shape the person I am today.

The greatest legacies are not the things people leave behind, but the love they leave within us. ❤️

I’m a proud Lebanese-American, Mom , Teta ,with a deep love for family, culture, and Lebanon. I am a kid at heart and a-little bit of a dreamer ☺️ My dream of becoming an author began years ago when I started writing about my son Ziad’s journey. That story was never finished, but the dream never left me. Where the Cedar Grows is a little piece of my heart and a celebration of the heritage and stories we pass on to the next generation. When we share our stories, our roots continue to grow.🇱🇧❤️

Some people break records. Others redefine what’s possible. ✨🇱🇧 @carolinechaptini

It was an honor meeting Caroline Chaptini today and hearing about her incredible journey. Her energy is contagious, and her passion is truly inspiring. She’s real, raw, authentic, and proof that determination can turn dreams into reality. We were equally impressed by her incredible team of volunteers.
Their dedication and passion are a beautiful reminder that extraordinary achievements are built together.

As she sets her sights on her 8th Guinness World Record, we’re cheering her on every step of the way.🇱🇧👏👏

Dream it. Believe it. Achieve it. 🌍🏆🇱🇧
