في ناس وجودها بحياتنا نعمة، مش لأننا منعرفها من زمان، بس لأن قلوبها حلوة ونيّتها صافية🤍

ويمكن أحلى شي بالحياة إنك تلاقي ناس بتشبه روحك، بتقدّرك متل ما إنت، ومن دون ما تضطر تبرّر أو تثبت شي.

يمكن إنتِ مش مدمنة شغل… يمكن في شي تاني ما منتبهة إله! 👀

بتقولي «بس خلّص هالشغلة وبرتاح»… وبيخلص النهار، وبيخلص الأسبوع، وإنتِ بعدك ناطرة هالراحة!

والأغرب؟ أوقات حتى لما بيكون عندِك وقت فاضي، بتخلقي لحالك شغلة جديدة. 😅

بس فكّرتي مرة ليش؟

مش كل شخص بيشتغل كتير عنده نفس السبب، ومش كل انشغال يعني إنجاز.

وأوقات، منكون عم نعمل شي من دون ما ننتبه للسبب الحقيقي اللي عم يدفعنا نعمله.

🎥 حضري الريل للآخر، لأنو يمكن تكتشفي إنو المشكلة مش بالشغل أصلاً.

وبدي منك تجاوبيني بصراحة:

إذا بكرا صار عندِك نهار كامل فاضي… بتنبسطي وبتاخدي بريك؟ ☕️ أو بتبلّشي تدوّري على شي تعمليه؟ 👀

Team الراحة ☕️ أو Team لازم أعمل شي؟ 😂

وإذا بتحبّي تفهمي حالك أكتر، وتتعلمي كيف تديري مشاعرك وطموحك من دون ما واحد يكون على حساب التاني…

قوّتك مش بس بإنجازاتك، ولا بقدرتك تتحمّلي كل شي لحالك.

قوّتك بحضورك، بمبادئك، بعقلك، بطيبة قلبك، وبأنوثتك اللي ما بتتعارض أبدًا مع قوّتك.

مش لأنك قادرة على كل شي، يعني لازم تتحمّلي كل شي.
خليكِ قوية، بس ما تخسري نعومتك.
وخليكِ طموحة، بس ما تنسي قلبك.

لأنّ أجمل قوّة هي إنّك تكوني إنتِ، بكل جوانبك✨

Pick the habits.
Make the decisions.
Have the conversations.
Do the uncomfortable things.

Three months of consistency can make you enter 2027 as a very different version of yourself.
