This is Dal Moro’s, in Nexus Mall, Koramangala formerly Forum Mall. I loved the fresh pastas here. You have to choose your pasta first, then the sauce and any additional toppings if needed be.
Truly amazing pasta experience. There is no need for one to actually go to a fancy restaurant for such good pasta, just come here in a casual setting. I tried the tartufata pasta with fettuccine, thus is basically gives out a beautiful truffle flavour, the mushrooms are complimenting to this while sun dried tomatoes actually is a beautiful twist, speaking of truffle, their Amsterdam fries were next level, filled with truffle.
Pollo paprika Cremosa pasta in linguine is something for the Indian tongues with chunks of juicy chicken

Dear Firenze,

I didn't think a city could do this to me twice. I came back to these photos tonight and something in my chest gave way, and now I'm sitting here missing you like someone I left at a station.

Thank you. For letting me stand under the Duomo with my head tilted back, feeling very small and very lucky at the same time. For the afternoon my hands were covered in flour, learning pasta the way your nonnas have for generations. For the tiramisu we ate slowly because nobody wanted it to end. For the affogato at Vivoli, which I will always say is the best in the world, because some things you don’t compare, you just carry with you. For the little wine window in the wall, and the way you made even a glass of wine feel like a secret you were sharing with me.

And thank you for that evening on Ponte Vecchio, when the light turned gold and the whole city seemed to breathe out. I remember thinking I never wanted to leave.

Even now you’re in my mornings. My shaving cream comes from you, and every time I open it, I’m back on your streets for a second.

So I’m making you a promise. I’ll come back with no plan except to walk, to wander your lanes on foot until my feet give up, to hold a Negroni as the sun sinks over the Arno, to stand in front of David and finally take my time. I want to absorb all of you again, slowly, with my whole heart.

I fell in love with you all over again, Firenze. Grazie, for everything. Wait for me.

Forty years old. Hasn’t changed a thing.

Same pool-side setup, same Northwest Frontier men, same Dal Bukhara that ITC built its name on.

Most hotels redo their flagship restaurant every few years. Royal Afghan just didn’t. Their juicy Seekhs and meats were a treat ❤️

Order the dal. It’s still the reason people book a table here.

Bro! I swear, @jamminggoat_blr is now too bloody good and the offerings are definitely better than before
I mean, this is my personal opinion, if you have a a different opinion, bring it on🙌🏽
The cocktails have retained the charm, explored new avenues and yet they’ve become the highlight. Calendar blocked was pickly and perfect, while the voice note as sweet as my wife’s voice note
Oh the food, everything I’ve had was just so good, I feel I will have to go back to just have the GOAT Pulav

Started the morning pretending my coffee was whiskey and honestly it just got better from there. Found one of the best English breakfast spreads in Indiranagar at Kura, loaded with sausages, avocados, berries, sourdough toast, sunny side ups, and tomatoes.

Paired it with their Ember Number Eight coffee orange mocktail which has that insane balance, and finally made peace with matcha through their cherry blossom matcha. Ended the feast with their truffle mushroom brie sandwich on crisp sourdough that genuinely hits all the right spots. Great food, calm aesthetics, and absolute zero complaints.

They made Laal Maas and I paired it with a soft shanghai chicken bao, they gave an M&M sour, this sour was paired with a cheese dumpling, sour and cheese, beautiful combination
Also, the heat of tamrind and Thecha prawns is a love story made for spice lovers.
I literally braved the traffic of Marathalli and go to @chifablr to say they make city’s one of the best cocktails

Dining under the cherry blossoms at Foo in Orion Mall hit just the right note. You get two completely distinct moods here: a warm, sophisticated indoor dining space, alongside an airy outdoor terrace that looks right out over the lake and city views.

The food lineup across the board was solid, but Mount Foo Ji genuinely stole the show. It arrives wrapped in thick dry ice clouds, serving up six separate desserts stacked across tiers like a proper centerpiece. Dramatic at the table and easily worth saving space for.

India’s largest buffet with 300+ Global dishes is now open in Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru after their successful stint in Hyderabad 🙌🏽
Bro, they have 12-15 Live counters, 22 salads, 30 desserts, 40 main course and what not! They actually had hand made pastas to dosas, custom pizzas to ramen and hotpot, chats to dosa, you name it, they had it
Three kinds of Non veg biryani, softee machines, I just can’t explain how big the spread was and how actually I never found one dish which was bad.

They have now started off their newest branch in Arekere, Bannerughatta Road.
They have a proper South Indian meal for lunch which is served on a plantain leaf, even breakfast dishes which are available everyday is served on a banana leaf. There is no hassle of standing in lines, etc
You just can sit, order and see the clean kitchen from wherever you are

There’s an Osteria in Bangalore now! @bacibacipizza is just not an upscale pizzeria, but a modern Italian Osteria in Bangalore’s startup premises ie Koramangala! Google for it and you will find the location. The address is: 431, 8th Main Rd, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034
The place is open to public from September 10 2026 onwards.
They serve Napolitano Pizzas, Crudo and Paninos. The pizzas are just next level, you can see how well the dough is fermented and how they have maintained the pizza base to Naples, while the toppings have taken a slight detour like my pizza which is the Bohri Kheema Shakshuka. Hand made pastas to Florentine sandwiches, they have everything including from Tuscany.
I am in love with the food and wino here 😍
