A closer look at something we use every single day: Buttons 🔘

This was my workshop project at @deeez.co , tutored by @saebmohsen
I started by searching for buttons in the most ordinary objects; photographing them, mapping them, and questioning what triggers us to press them. I finally came up with a small interactive zine that analyzes how we perceive and use buttons.

How often do you notice yourself pressing one?

Well, It’s time to break the taboos and reveal our fragility.
We all have these moments; we’re on our period, going through a breakup, drowning in anxiety, or facing a mental breakdown.
But instead of saying it, we smile and pretend we’re fine.
Then someone disagrees with us, and suddenly we snap with tears, anger, or silence; leaving others confused or hurt.
The truth is simple: we’re not okay.
And that’s exactly when we should say it out loud or wear it on our chest:
Be easy on me. I’m not feeling good.
