Today is World Mental Health Day, a good reminder that caring for our minds usually happens in small, everyday moments.

A walk in the sun. A quick check-in with someone you love. A few minutes away from the screen. These little acts of care add up, for us and for the children watching how we care for ourselves.

Creativity, connection, and meaningful conversation came together at “The Art of Connection: Creativity, Mental Wellness and Brain Health” on Sept. 24 at Center for BrainHealth.

@ghf_yp and The Think Tank welcomed young professionals for an evening exploring the connections between creativity, mental wellness, and brain health. Guests experienced a private viewing of “Journey,” presented in partnership with @centerforbrainhealth and featuring Grant Halliburton’s artwork, followed by a thoughtful panel with artists, mental health advocates, and brain health experts.
