Sixteen years ago, we found each other. I rescued you, and you rescued me. You found pure joy in sunbeams, cucumber crunches, and every shared bite. You fought so bravely for three years, and your spirit never dimmed. Thank you for being my sunshine. Run free, my love. ☀️♥️ Until we meet again... by @ghinwanasrr

At Man Wa Salwa Cooperative, our care extends beyond people to the stray cats who have become part of our daily lives. Every day, they come to us for food, water, and a safe place to rest. Seeing their needs up close has inspired us to take action and make animal welfare a more structured part of our community work.

Over the past year, we have supported the sterilization of two cats, helped one cat safely deliver her kittens with veterinary care, and provided surgery for another cat who developed complications related to calicivirus. These are some of the ways we have tried to care for the animals around us.

But many stray cats continue to need food, medical attention, and protection. Their needs do not stop, and neither should our efforts to help them.

That is why we are launching a dedicated fundraising campaign to continue caring for stray cats in our community. Through this initiative, we aim to provide essential veterinary care, support sterilization and neutering, and prevent unnecessary suffering.

Your support can help us reach more cats and give them a chance at a safer, healthier life. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to making our community a kinder place for animals.

Join us in making a difference, one paw at a time.

To donate, you can visit us at Man Wa Salwa Cooperative or contribute through the following link:

Many of you might have wondered what we were up to these last months. To be honest, we passed through hard times. We are at war again, or the war never really ended in the first place. The current situation affects us all, the Karma team, our medical team in the hospital and mostly our little patients and their families.
As Karma, we are trying to do as much as we can, supporting little by little, step by step to ensure that children with thalassemia in Lebanon receive their life-saving treatment. Help us widen our support, share our work and stay tuned for more updates. Video done by our dearest @danaabdessamad by @ghinwanasrr
