Still on a high from this weekend ✨

37 weeks ago I set out to accomplish something that’s been on my brain for over 10 years. I’ve felt every emotion throughout this process, but the only take away is that like motivation- emotions are also fleeting, and it was all worth the moments of pure bliss I felt on stage.

Endless thank yous to the people in these photos (+ more) who have made up one HELL of a support system. y’all showed UP and showed OUT for me not only this weekend but throughout my entire prep. They say bodybuilding is a lonely sport and I’ve definitely felt my moments of isolation but it was never for too long before someone was there to offer support. I couldn’t have asked for a better tribe 🤎.

I’m soooo excited for this next season of my life, it’s always growing szn! 🧞‍♀️
