please read!! ➡️ i cannot stress enough how valuable it is having a good coach who is knowledgeable and cares about his athletes. about 3 wks ago, after meeting with ty we made the difficult decision to switch from figure to wellness. i was very hesitant bc i had put so much of my identity in my training style and i was super scared of changing. ty was so respectful and gave me the space i needed to think it over, and did not try to pressure me into anything i didn’t want to do. after mulling it over i decided that it was going to be the best move. at first i looked at it as just a temporary side quest that id just do until i won the shows i wanted to win and then id switch back to figure. but i can confidently say that i am fully in it now. it’s possible i will switch back one day but as of right now i have no plans to do so. just keeping my head down and really putting in the work to grow into wellness and i am so excited to blow up these legs and glutes!! i’m so glad ty was honest with me about where my strengths lie and what he truly sees in my physique rather than just telling me what i want to hear.
(last two pics are me when i started with @prestige_physiques vs me on show day)

(i still have another post coming lolol there’s just so much)
