Afternoon sounds - 45 years ago today I bought this double vinyl release from Virgin Records in Manchester on the way home from school, got on a train to Bury at Victoria Station, discovered there were 2 of the same LP, had to go back to Virgin to get it sorted. However, I was unable to listen to it until Christmas as it was a present. Playing it on Christmas Day, my dad commented 'Bloody hell, it's not very festive is it!' 😄 Joy Division - Still. I later reviewed it for a General Studies essay. by @ghost_elektron
