I SOLD MY MEMOIR. idk what to say… i decided i wanted to write some version of this as a child and just trusted it would all come together somehow. it did. as a former weird kid, high-functioning fuck up, and historically untrained writer, the only advice i have is do not give up on the kind of person you want to be and do not allow your trauma (or anyone else’s) to dictate where you go in life. justice for my childhood always looked like art to me… but the best revenge is definitely writing a memoir. by @ghost_girl
