(( i love the chaotic and sassy tone of this post, but i wanted to clarify one thing: my 1337 thirtieth party was truly one of the best nights of my life. To be surrounded by such vibrant, wonderful, talented, and loving people — and then to get to do it all again with Gia’s 33rd Bird-Day Party?? The world is an exceedingly dark place, but it is a joy to be in communion with the bright spots of light here in my city. To everyone who came to these parties: thank you, from the bottom of my heart. )) by @gia_lovely

In visual praise of a marvelous traveler,
Ever the curious and quite the unraveler.
As dreadful absurdities, heinous, abound,
You’ll always be joyous to have her around.

From one corvid to another,
Of that same storied feather,
While this world keeps uh-rambling,
Thank you, darling, for ambling.

Figured while I had a buzz cut, I might as well bleach and color it! 🩶💜 by @gia_lovely

In the midst of the darkness of the last week, I thought I’d share some light ✨

I’m elated to share that I recently snagged studio space at @gooddadstudios!

I had been wanting to lean more into making art and getting involved in the art community in Austin, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to do just that! I’m so excited to see what comes of this new adventure :)

I’ll be in my studio for Studio Tour next weekend Nov. 16-17 12-6pm! Come check out my space, and the studios of over 130 other amazing artists at the complex!

Special thanks to the wonderful @conjapop for helping me paint the mural, filming me 📹, and so much more 💞

For my 31st birthday, I decided to chop off my hair! ✂️

Feels great to have a pixie cut again! Thank you so so so much to my wonderful friend and talented hairstylist @uhmskylerhair for the killer cut!

Bonus photo of me the last time I had a pixie back in 2009. Last photo taken by @sselvidge by @gia_lovely
