$In May 2025 I fell off bars and fractured and tore a few ligaments in my left elbow. 4 months later I had surgery on my UCL (TJ surgery). 10 months post surgery I am still not able to completely bare weight on my left arm. In May I started coming back to the gym and started on the skills I was capable of doing without my arm. After over a year of being unable to do gymnastics I am so excited to be getting started again even if it is slow. So, these are the skills I have been working on the past few weeks!!!! by @giabower2029$
