Bronze at the @ibjjf World Championships 🥉

2 subs, 1 win by points before falling short in the semis.

I missed two of the four IBJJF major tournaments due to injury, so being healthy enough to fight on the biggest stage of the year was truly a privilege.

Gold is always the goal, but I’m happy with my performance and motivated to keep improving. Every competition is another experience gained and another step forward on the journey 🙏

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement, belief, and support mean more than you know.

A special thank you to @seancoates_bjj for always believing in me and pushing me to be better, my teammates and training partners at @totalbjjnottingham for helping me prepare every day, @mgic78 and @informedperformance.uk for keeping me strong, @hc_sporttherapy for helping me come back from injury, and @progressjj for their continued support and best gear around.

Most importantly, thank you to my family for always being there for me, even from far away ❤️

European Champion 🇪🇺🥇🤍

I don’t have many words to describe how I feel. I’m over the moon and it still doesn’t feel quite real, but I know it’s just one step along the journey, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

Thank you God for your guidance, for keeping healthy and safe throughout this journey. I’m incredibly grateful to @totalbjjnottingham and @seancoates_bjj for the world-class training, @informedperformance.uk @mgic78 for keeping me on top of my strength and conditioning, and to everyone who has supported my training along the way. I’m so thankful for my family and friends who have stood by me through both the highs and the lows. And thank you to everyone who took the time to message me, it truly means a lot.

I hope this victory can inspire others to believe in their dreams and to keep working hard, even when results don’t come straight away. God has a plan for you, so trust the process 🙏💪 taken in Ibjjf European Jiu Jitsu Championship by @giada_jiujitsu

2025 World Pro Champion 🥇

4 fights with no points or advantages scored on me.

Happy with my performance and excited to make more improvements to keep raising my level. Everything that’s happening is part of God’s plan, and I’m grateful for His guidance and blessings.

None of this would have been possible without @totalbjjnottingham squad and @seancoates_bjj always supporting and devoting himself to the team. Big shout out to @mgic78 for helping my strength and conditioning get to another level. Thanks to everyone who has been messaging and cheering for me all the way through ❤️🙏

Thanks to @ajptour for organizing such a great event which gives out prize money to the athletes 🙏

The main card of Enyo Grappling 9 kicked off with a pair of brown belt matches, and the athletes delivered a pair of submissions, first by Charlotte Male out of the gi, then Giada Pedretti in it!

On Saturday I competed on @enyograppling and came away with the win by tarikoplata in under 2 minutes.

Being part of Enyo 9 was an honour and a great experience, which I can’t wait to repeat. I truly appreciate @josiekelseybjj and her team’s work to grow women’s Jiu Jitsu and provide a platform to showcase our work. The Enyo staff looked after us so well, and all the women on the card were really supportive and delivered some great performances. You can still watch the fights through the link in my bio.

A special thank you to @seancoates_bjj and @amyls97 for coming all the way down doing a 6h round trip to support. I couldn’t ask for a better and more dedicated coach! Thank you to everyone involved in my physical and mental preparation. Been going through some tough times recently, but the road to success isn’t perfect and sometimes you just have to ride the wave. Thank you to my family, friends, training partners and everyone that helps me become a bit better everyday 🫶

Two young Enyo veterans return to the mats, promising fireworks in a battle of styles.

@jikhva_bjj brings plenty of experience to the stand up, thanks to her judo background. Standing opposite her is submission ace @malie_the_killer_whale_bjj , whose control and pressure always makes her a threat.

This clash of styles should make for a brilliant match. We cannot wait to see how it plays out.

@allegiancejiujitsuacademy @chloedavis_14 is an @ibjjf London Open gold medallist. But this could be her toughest test yet.

Standing opposite her is @paritymartialarts @alexis_edmundo4, who remains undefeated on the Enyo mats.

Who takes this one?
