“COCOON+TRIP” is a folder I made back in 2007/08 as I teenager, when I was learning how to DJ with my hometown friends. Between 2005-2007, there was this little golden era when some really special, hard-to-define records were coming out, sitting somewhere between minimal, techno, progressive-house, electro and IDM. It was peak Cocoon, Border Community, Poker Flat, Wagon Repair, etc.. With a sound that somehow only existed for those few years. I never really knew what to call that sound, so I just threw all these into one folder: COCOON+TRIP Almost 20 years later, I collected almost all those records and that folder is still on my USB! They’re the tracks that made me fall in love with electronic music, and I will always have a huge soft spot for them. This set is a little trip back into that folder :) Big thanks to @ale_levre and @radioraheem.milano for the opportunity! Happy to share it with you <3 LINK+Tracklist in bio ✨ by @giale_____
