My kid said that decaf coffee is like a single hair on a bald head, completely useless😂

And it made me realize something very important, he lives through his heart, and radiates joy wherever he goes! Most of the time we get caught in our minds constantly overthinking about every action, comment, behavior, and situation. Truth is, when you live through the eyes of your inner child and with a good heart, there is no space for negativity. Pair that with maturity as we age, and there is how a happy life is to be lived🙏🏽

What a blast these past 5 days have been! Competed in Pans, lost by points against a very tough opponent, but in the end I am grateful for the opportunity to grow from it. The main reason of this trip, however, was to see family, and boy we made the best out of it!

Fascio, the more I come see you, the closer we grow and become, and the harder it is to say goodbye. But one thing I want you to remember, is that I will always be here for you, whether I am next door or 2000 miles away, your dad will always be there. Keep that light shining and bringing joy to everyone around you. See you soon enough my boy❤️
