What an insane week I just had @theultimatetrainingcamp . I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to fight alongside so many other college athletes seeking to learn not just how to compete for God, but with God. So grateful for each one of you I met and learned from!

Towards the end of the week we went through a 20 hour physical and mental competition that pushed us to our limits. The only way we got through it was leaning on God alone. The reason for the “suffering” was to symbolize the suffering Jesus did by dying on the cross for us. Through repeating Bible verses, praying, leaning on one another, and praising God, we learned how to realize he is truly with us in our suffering. I learned God doesn’t just want a shout out before and after the game, but that he wants me to realize he is my strength throughout it. If you are interested in learning more about it I would love to share more of what I learned this week!

My biggest takeaway was that right when you hit your breaking point, that’s a great indicator to pray and lean on God. He is our strength (Psalm 28:7) and he is our provider (Psalm 23) and in life we are fighting against evil and fighting for God (Ephesians 6:12).
