Gianna.

The biblical meaning of my name is “God is Gracious.”

Arabic, Latin, Hebrew, Greek, Spanish, Italian—and likely more—across all these languages, my name carries one meaning: God is gracious.

And I am ever grateful for that reminder. My name to me represents an unwavering characteristic of God. He never changes. He does not morph/change/shift to the norms, nor the ebbs and flows of society.

He remains CONSTANT.
In all things. At all times. He remains CONSTANT.

God is gracious. All the time. Always. He was, is and will forever always be Gracious.

And that’s why I love my name. In everything, it is a reminder to me that “God is Gracious.”

Whether it is called, thought of, yelled, shouted, mumbled — with love, care, out of anger or annoyance — my name is “God is Gracious” i.e. Gianna.

It is a declaration of God’s unwavering, unalterable, consistent, fixed, stable and unfailing character.

Gianna, God is Gracious.

Restoration is happening. 🖤💚💛
But rebuilding will take all of us. Every little effort counts — as the Jamaican proverb says, “One one cocoa full basket.” 🌱

No effort is too small. Do your part however you can — it really starts with you and I.

Day 2 of 25 and I am genuinely, truly and absolutely fulfilled!🥹 I am happy! I am full of joy, gratitude and hope!
Yesterday felt like a completely new day. Everything was normal, but the day felt new.

At 25, I can say that yesterday was the most fulfilling day of 2024! Or maybe my entire life.

And I can only thank God and my circle ⭕️ for that!
Freedom feels good!
Obedience feels good!

There was and is purpose in all the pain, tears, blood, and sweat. And so I thank God for this new year and new season. I’m excited to see what it holds and what unfolds in it.

And truly, God is more than able…
I am in awe of Him‼️😲🥺🙏🥰❤️
