August is a wrap! Soaking up the slower days before the holiday season comes swinging in.

Rich in life ☀️

I don’t think I’ve ever had a surprise party before, and my heart is still so full. For the first time in a long time, I feel so sure I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

Which is funny because I’ve been so focused on where I’m not, I didn’t even notice when I finally got here.

The connections I’ve made just this year have completely transformed my life. I’m so grateful for the lessons, the growth, the love, and every soul I’ve encountered in my 28th year.

I welcome what’s to come, level 29 is starting in alignment, peace, and wrapped in love. 🥂

The magic I found in July ✨

💝 Favorite market buy- a probiotic gut support thats been healing as I study more about the way the gut works.

🎶The song thats lived on repeat, my unofficial soundtrack for the month.

📖 Articles that stuck out to me, gorgeous written out thoughts for anyone to read and my take aways.

📝 Quote that stuck with me- This quote found me everywhere, books, commercials, songs. I’m going to frame it.

🦋 New hobby- I raised monarchs this summer. I learned more than expected not just about butterflies but about transformation and the beauty of the waiting period.

🎥 Message that moved me-
Larbi’s take on “”Faking it.” I love a good grounded perspective shift.

☁️ Lesson learned- Let go or be dragged, both will hurt. Still have to pick one.

I finally met the force behind Mamaritaville and left inspired, full, and surprisingly curious about line dancing 🤠

@_mamaritaville is a local moms group on a mission to build real support and community with events for moms, with and without the kiddos.

Level 28 ✨

Adulthood can make it easy to downplay your birthday, but I’m learning to celebrate intentionally.

Every year brings lessons, experiences, and epiphanies that money can’t buy. To love and be loved, to teach and to learn, to ride the highs and feel the lows. I’m grateful for this life and everything in it. Here’s to another year of living fully 🥂
