SIGNORINO QUICK FIRE — Episode 3 🍕

Another round of quick fire questions.

Some pizza related. Some event related
Some completely random.
All answered very seriously… obviously.

For anyone new here, we’re Gianna and Vincenzo, the founders behind Signorino Pizza, bringing authentic Italian pizza catering to weddings, private parties and corporate events across Melbourne.

Running events together means we spend a lot of time around pizza ovens — so this series is a little glimpse of the people behind them.

Today’s question:
Pineapple on pizza!!

Who do you agree with? 👀

We’ve decided to pause Signorino events for a few weeks to recharge.

Not to stop — but to *reset*.

We’re so lucky in events to get a few slow weeks to reset and recharge.
Vincenzo and the kids are already there, and I’m joining in a few days week.

It’s a chance to be with family, breathe in some pizza-scented air, and fill back up on everything we’ve missed.

This is hospitality too. The family table. The experience.

We’ll be sharing some with all with you.

POV you’re a one woman pizza catering machine!

Vincenzo and the kids left a few weeks ago to celebrate Nonna’s birthday in Italy.

I (Gianna) stayed back to finish Signorino’s final events for the season— solo.

Hosting, driving, packing, serving… and somehow still smiling.

It’s been intense, but It’s also been a reminder of how much I love what we do.

One more week and team Signorino reunite ❤️🍕

Who else is headed to Europe this year?
