A new AI film project — created without a storyboard or a traditional script.

I started with nothing more than a story and a rough idea in my head, then went straight into generation. After completing each scene, I would visualize the next scene, figure out the next story beat, and build the film one step at a time.

For this project, I mainly used Meta AI and Google FlowLabs Omni, with Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 used selectively for a few scenes where the complexity or quality requirements called for it.

The entire project was created for free, which also meant making compromises in certain areas. Instead of chasing perfection in every generation, I focused on finding creative solutions within the limitations — fixing what I could in post-production and making the most out of the tools available.

For me, this project is less about having a perfect AI pipeline and more about exploring how far a story can be pushed when you simply start creating and adapt along the way.
