June has been kind to me.

Day 212.

7 months of being single on purpose.
7 months of rebuilding my life in peace.

And honestly…
I think the biggest lesson was learning discernment.

Understanding that
peace is attractive.
Clarity is attractive.
Consistency is attractive.
Discipline is attractive.
Self-respect is attractive.

People think being single is loneliness.
No.

Sometimes being in the wrong relationship is the loneliest thing in the world.

These past 7 months taught me how to protect my peace, my energy, my space… and to be selective about who gets access to me.

And maybe when you finally stop outsourcing happiness,
love starts finding you differently.

6 months single on purpose.

No distractions. No settling. Just growth.

I’ve been pouring love into myself, my friends, and my family.
Building, creating, and connecting only with what truly aligns.

2026 feels lighter. Brighter.
More laughter, more joy, more peace.

Learning to enjoy my own company—
Shabbos, books, drawing, painting.
And choosing quality over quantity in everything.

Let go of control.

I started this painting in 2010. I couldn’t finish it. I got frustrated with her skin tone, so I hid her—out of sight, out of mind.

Until one day, I made a promise to myself:
let go of control… and just have fun.

So I did.

And she waited for me.

Here she is—finally finished.
April 19, 2026.

This painting is 16 years old.

This piece is my proof—
that when the ego softens,
something more honest can come through.

No need to be right.
No need to be perfect.

It’s been a long journey.
And I’m finally at peace with the process.
