Today's state of mind 🍷

My morning has consisted of static floor bike, physio, painting by numbers, washing a king size quilt only to find that the fooker has torn down one side, conquering another stair climb only to forget what I went up there for.....

And to prove there is a God, the phone pings " fancy getting out for a coffee?"

Instagram/ Facebook friends and family. ...I know when I normally post stuff I'm either in a pub, a restaurant or on holiday 🌟 (rarely in the kitchen!)

Tomorrow I go into the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, for the biggest surgery of my life, this is going to change everything, I'm keeping a positive head (whilst quietly shi√√ing my pants) but tough times make tough people right?

So if you don't hear from me for a bit, you know where I am, as my life is pretty much documented on here 🤣🤣

See you on the other side 🩷

Note: my kitchen will be available to anyone that cares to drop in and flick the switch on the kettle ☕🍵🫖🧋

Walking in rhythm, moving in sound 🎵🎶🎵
