Course description from latest #privatedinner and my interpretation of the 🇧🇴 Sándwich de Chola: homemade mint cheese bread with pork rollo, served with a black garlic spicy llajua ➖ The Sándwich de Chola is one of #ʙᴏʟɪᴠɪᴀ most iconic street foods.
