Exploring sports more and more, achieving dreams little by little 🌟

June was a whirlwind I’m still processing, but with it came a dream-turned-reality ✨

1ST CSR COVERAGE IS IN THE BOOKS 🎙️✅
Had the honor and privilege of covering the quarterfinals of the @philippinesuperliga GVIL Rising Stars Cup ! 🏐

What a full circle moment it was for me because my very first sports coverage back in 2022 as producer was for an HS Girls National Tournament; and now my very first coverage as a courtside reporter was also for an HS Girls National Tournament. 🫶🏻

Thank you to everyone who sent encouragement along the way, & didn’t stop believing in me even when I myself did.

A lot of times these past few years, I felt like I’ve been hitting dead ends, but I’m truly grateful for the people I have met through sports that have always made me see the beauty of what we do and why we do it. ❣️

Truly, “the stars shine brightest when the night is darkest.” 🌟

Still a LOT to learn and much room to grow, but I will never tire of sharing stories that matter. 💌

10 + 10 minutes of my life that I will carry with me forever.

I will always be immensely humbled by the honor and responsibility, and hugely grateful for the opportunity that giving the 2022 University-wide, & College of Mass Communication Valedictory Addresses came with.

I'd do it again, if I could.

So many feelings to unpack here. I feel like all the tears I couldn't shed after this trip has finally caught up to me. I had the opportunity to see @naniwadanshi728official again after two years. It was the most surreal, that up till now that it's been two weeks since, I am still baffled all that happened. Every day I think about the possibility of seeing them again, but for it to happen so soon - and to even exceed all my expectations - I feel so incredibly blessed.

These may just be random videos that were compiled in Gil and I's little Setlog room. To most, these clips mean nothing. But to me they were the little moments that tell a story. The last train rides, the shinkansens we missed, the bags we thought we would never retrieve, the rain in Tokyo Station, the convenience store run, Torikizoku dinner, the pre-concert and post concert shenanigans, our Yokohama daytrip and the last call for the flight home. It was all magical and pure insanity. THIS whole trip was pure insanity (my mom has called me crazy) - I've bet on everything and hoped for the best. I went through the gruesome process of planning everything with the idea that I might not make it.

But I did.

Such a special experience to celebrate @gcstudiosph 20th anniversary with a megacrew finale 💥 Absolutely loved sharing the stage with both familiar and newfound Vixens sisters—the energy each one of y’all brought was electric. ⚡️

As the years pass, it gets harder to find time and energy for the things I love, so I made a deal with myself that I would come back at least once a year—and this is me fulfilling that promise. 💌

From sharing stories in women’s basketball, now we head to the youth! 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

So grateful to be able to be a part of leagues that push for the development of very promising, yet often overlooked pools of talent.

My first day at the Philippine Youth Basketball Championship was nothing short of enjoyable, surrounded by the enthusiasm of these young players. Grabe ang ✨potential✨
