The beginning of the journey 🐥

I drew that last summer!!! It's about time I share the baby toot with y'all 🥺
I was messing around with some layers and ended up with a pretty nice tricolored version.
The original was only red-purple on the right! the sketch represents two characters facing each other. The one on the left is humanoid looking, with pointy-ears; the one on the right is a bird-looking character, a kenku. The elf is crounching to be at the kenku's level, a mysterious smile on his face. He has long wavy blond hair, a pointy nose, and a small beard. He is wearing an armor.
The kenku is way smaller, a face full of excitement and hope. He is clenching a travel bag in his small hands, a cape covering his thick clothes. He has round glasses on, and a lot of feathers covering his head.
The piece is tricoloured, beween purple for the armor, the feathers, and the kenku skin colour. Red for a flat background between them, some of the shadows. Yellow for the travel bag, the kenku's pants, and the man's skin and hair. by @gilberikk

🔪 coping with the paralysis

[self portrait made back in december 2019] simple sketch of my face facing right. I am holding a knife over the left side of it, spine alongside my nose. I am coloured in red, highlight deepeded while the shadows are left white. Background is a messy mix of green and yellow, yellow framing my face and green fading away by @gilberikk

short haired self portrait loose sketch representing me. I am crouched, a slight pout on my face. My glasses are covering my eyes. My face is facing down right, and my hair is shaved. I am wearing an oversized sweater, since this was drawn back in November. by @gilberikk

✋🌻🤚

"it is your gaze that i crave." illustration picturing a person holding a sunflower head in their hands. The sunflower is being grappled in a tight embrace, quite possessive, but the fingers are not crashing the leaves and petals, despite being pretty tense. The sunflower is taller than the person, so it is towering them a little bit. They are holding the flower's head extremely close to their face, a somewhat distant and pained look in their eyes, directed at the flower.
The colors are cold, despite being luminous; the sun is coming from the behind the person, casting a halo around them, light highlighting their hands and the flower. A strong shadow recovers the rest of them, from their arms to their face. by @gilberikk
