16 years ago today, I hit what I like to call my jackpot. It was the day my life truly began to change for the better.

My journey to sobriety began in 2003, but it took seven years of relapses and active addiction before I finally started to figure it out.

I’ll never forget the advice one of my uncles gave me: “Whatever you’ve done in the past hasn’t worked, so try a different approach!”

For me, that meant building a stronger connection with God, learning to trust Him, and putting my faith in something greater than myself.

Looking back, that change in perspective made all the difference. Today, I’m grateful for the journey, the lessons, and the life I’ve been blessed to live.

16 years sober. One day at a time. 🙏❤️

37 years ago today, at the age of 14, I started my modeling career.
I traveled the world, worked with so many incredible people and I'm truly blessed with all the amazing opportunities I was given.
Now I focus on other areas in the Fashion Industry which include, Fashion Show Production & Coordination, Model Castings, Model Development/Runway Coaching & Model Mentorship. With the main focus of sharing my knowledge of the industry to allow others the opportunities that I had.
3 decades in the industry has taught me to always remain humble! I am constantly learning form others in the industry whether they have been in it as long as I have or for just a short while. If you’re not humble, then you’re not learning and if your not learning, then you’re not growing!
I don’t know everything and there also always so much to learn!
Here’s to many more years to come in the industry that I have spent most my life in!
