There is so much Power in allowing yourself to unleash your sensuality. ✨

For so long, I struggled with comparison, questioning whether I was good enough and sometimes dimming my own light instead of allowing myself to fully take up space.

Dance has been part of my journey back to myself.

And THIS is what I mean when I say CLAIM. 🤎

Claiming my body.
Claiming my sensuality.
Claiming my creativity.
Claiming the freedom to move, learn, explore and express myself however feels true to ME.

And that is exactly what I want other women to experience through CLAIM.

I want you to walk into this space and know you don’t have to fit into any stereotype of who or what a woman is “supposed” to be.

You can be a mom, wife, sister, aunt.
You can be 20, 30, 40, 50+.
You can have years of dance experience or have never danced before.

You can be soft AND powerful.
Sensual AND strong.
You can move your hips, wear the heels, take up space, dress up, laugh, be sexy, be silly and explore different sides of yourself without shame.

For that little moment, I want you to put down everything you carry in your everyday life and have a moment that belongs to YOU.

and somewhere between learning the choreography, hyping each other up, dressing up, filming that final video and building friendships with the women beside you…sisterhood 🥹✨

I hope you reclaim another piece of yourself. 🥹🫶

Because I’m still doing that too.

Still learning.
Still growing.
Still unleashing.
Still CLAIMING.

My body. My power. My choice.

UNLEASH YOUR PRIMAL AWAKENING 🌊🔥🌑

Looking back at this, I don’t think I realized just how powerful this night truly was. 🥹

That beach was PACKED. People were watching, some were recording, and for some of my girls the nerves were HIGH. Some even questioned whether they could go through with their solos.

But they did 🙌🥹

They tuned out the noise, stepped into the sand, showed up for themselves and CLAIMED THEIR POWER🔥

Under the full moon ,stars, surrounded by the ocean, fire, earth, sand and wind… we moved, released, expressed, laughed, hyped each other up and TOOK UP SPACE. ✨

Primal Awakening was an awakening of US.

We are mothers. Daughters. Sisters. Aunts. Wives. We carry so many roles, but none of those titles take away from the WOMAN within us. We can nurture and be wild be soft and powerful. Care for others and choose ourselves.

For every woman who has ever felt ashamed, “too much,” or like she needed to shrink herself…

LOOK AT US.

We are worthy of being seen.
We are allowed to take up space.
To release. Express. Be sensual. Be loud. Have FUN. And support one another while doing it. 🔥

UNLEASH YOUR SENSUALITY| EVOLUTION. 🖤

This one means more than I can put into words.

This wasn’t just another series it was a celebration of 5 months of CLAIM. Five months of women choosing themselves, taking up space, trusting their bodies, breaking through fear, finding freedom in movement, and becoming sisters along the way. 🥹

And that’s what evolution has taught me…

Maybe we aren’t becoming someone new.
Maybe we’re shedding everything that made us forget who we’ve always been.

Coming home to ourselves.
Reclaiming her.
CLAIMING her.

Unleash Your Perreo was SO much fun! 🥹❤️‍🔥

For this film day, we rented an Airbnb and celebrated moving our hips,womanhood, confidence, freedom, and FUN. We got wet, we grounded ourselves, we laughed until our stomachs hurt, the water moved us, and the sun lit a fire within us. ☀️🌊

The choreography wasn’t the main part of this day… YOU baddies were.

Watching each one of these CLAIM Baddies unleash their perreo, let go, hype one another up, and simply enjoy the moment filled my heart in ways I can’t even explain. 🥹

I’m so grateful and blessed to witness each of you claim your power and have fun unapologetically. The energy that day was unreal!W even had the cops stop by. 😂🙈🚔

Thank you to every CLAIM Baddie who was part of this experience. You are incredible, and it is truly an honor to share this journey with you.

My hope is that you carry these memories and more importantly, the feeling of this day with you wherever life takes you.
