Remember how you couldn’t find the TV remote until you stopped searching for it?

I woke up one morning with this strong realisation that the “searching” mode and the “finding” mode are two distinct spaces.

We think that in order to find something, we must search for it. But the narrow minded perspective of the searcher, prevents any finding from taking place.

I once read this sentence somewhere: “Your taste in women blinds you to the love of your life”.

Let’s reverse engineer it - when you find something or someone, you get filled with a sense of awe, surprise, excitement. Why not activate this right now? Just thank for everything that’s on your way, with openness and curiosity- and you free your mind from its narrow and limited perspective- to find all that you already have. by @gilkfir
