Another Week closer race day!
Donations have been coming in and I really appreciate it, link is in my bio. If you don’t want me to individually solicit you just hit that donate button I have no shame.
Training wise this week was different I forgot my watch for a track workout and used no music for a majority of my runs. My mileage was around 40 miles this week, they were consistent miles a lot at faster paces for longer than I have seen in a while. Everything is falling in place! Next week is going to be a challenge with work conferences and back to back races next weekend but nothing I can’t handle.

1.) Turnt up Tuesday with @lifetime.baybrook.runclub hit 830 pace messing around with @luiscortez3487 was a sign this week was going to be special
2.) lululemon run with Pilates will support @melissa507t with anything she is doing hit that 830 pace and led the group for a good half mile on the way back
3.) @chevronhoustonmarathon kick off party got miles with my friends and had a client in town who I am blessed that he messages to run with me every time he is in town, he is my friend too I just love it when the lines blur
4.) @spacecity10miler got to run with @kaitmixon555 and see her crush her goals, can’t wait to see how her half goes
5.) Friday morning bridge run went incredible had to get a pic
6.) bath tub pics at Pilates…. No explanation just an impulsive thought
7.)Musket Golf Tournament at Topgolf talk about a squad
8.)A friend I don’t deserve, he shows up for me, is happy to see me, wants to take pics together @axel_ciarag
9.)Track day with @julie_pennington_ they say don’t meet your hero’s, my favorite athlete her drive and passion plus fire for Jesus makes all of us want to be better by @gilliamdaniel

44 miles this week
Was a struggle
Illness rain my friends were struggling
Honestly it was what I needed and think God just made sure of it.
Still raising money for pediatric cancer at the link in my bio. Dm me and I can send you a direct link. Thank you to everyone supporting me.
Have had quite a few people reach out the past few weeks to tell me they were inspired by me. I am hanging with my friends and dancing for videos I did not realize anyone was watching me. So if you think it’s cringe or embarrassing you are probably right and for the appropriate donation to @snowdropcc I am happy to stop, until then enjoy the show and go move your body. I guess we are changing the world!
