I can’t quite believe it. I feel incredible PRIDE for my gym wife Ellen. Her lifts increased by 25% on squats and 33% on strict press (and she carried us on the run).

I got back to 100kg X5 squats (after years) & 43kg on strict press. I also didn’t die on the run 😖.

We finished:
🥇in 2/3 workouts Female Pairs Liverpool (80-89)
🥈in the endurance event 🤯
🥉Female Pairs whole comp (80-89)
4️⃣Female Pairs Liverpool (all ages)
1️⃣7️⃣overall Female Pairs whole comp (all ages)

MANY tears & tantrums 😩 (I’m 50 & recovery 💩), new HRT (⬇️sleep, ⬆️weight gain & ⬇️energy), cupping, massage, joint manipulation, daily heat pads & theragunning….all whilst managing the white board at Saxon Fitness (😜)!!!

Whatever happens next. We won 🏆

BIG respect to Jez 💪🏼 & Kristaps 🏋️‍♀️
Much love ❤️ to Andy (physio, pacemaker & carer), Charlotte for the cardio gainz & Ellen for being gorgeous!

💪Over the period I’ve been working with @gillysnutrition she’s been an absolute dream client and followed everything…

⚡️She has pushed hard on the heavy days, and holding back on the lighter days and as a result her strength has gone through the roof!

🏃🏻‍♂️She’s even started …. 😱Running😱 something she was previously allergic to!

🏆Moving forward Gilly will be competing at @athx_games & @graft.hybrid so we will be making sure she delivers on the comp floor!

📈 If you wish to make gains like Gilly too, get in touch!
