Happy 6th Wedding Anniversary to my lovely husband Jolyon van Blankenstein. Thank you for being my soul mate and my rock and for looking after me this year. I know it’s been a difficult time with my Cancer diagnosis but your love and patience has got us through it all.
I love you with all my heart ❤️ by @gillyvanb62
