Pretty great one by keyboardist Weldon Irvine. This 1976 RCA #recordshop #vinyligclub LP has a great band, including Eric Gale and Don Blackman. Funky and spiritual, some great originals as well as Stevie and Marvin covers. Hitting the wall over here.

NYC’s Jugganauts debut album on Bobbito’s Fondle ‘Em records. Total classic from the backpack era! I remember walking into Footwork and they had very few records…but, they had this one, plus a lot of shoes I should have bought!#vinyl #losangeles #jugganauts #recordstore #stretcharmstrongandbabbitoshow by @gimmerecords

The sound of a very low flying plane woke me up. Moments later I heard the fist plane hit. I dragged my very hungover ass out of bed, grabbed my camera and headed south. I didn’t shoot a lot, mostly just gawked. Terrified people sprinted north as every siren in the city headed south. After the first tower fell, I retreated to Soho where I shot this. #neverforget by @gimmerecords
