Dear Friday July 31st, you will forever hold a special place in my heart ✨

I was lucky enough to have my best surfing day to date recorded! Thanks Fred ✨

We are capable of doing amazing things! When we push our limits and do what scares us, there will be moments of imperfection. Some may consider that a fail. In reality, you’re just gathering information and learning so that you’re better equipped for next time. Personally, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Here’s to progress over perfection and enjoying the ride, whatever it may look like 😂

I recently took up pickleball, and after a few lessons and clinics at The Pickle Club with @trainerbecca , my body has been giving me a clear reminder that this game uses muscles I haven’t worked in a very long time. My knees hurt. My wrists hurt. My back hurts. My feet hurt. 😅

And somehow, all I want to do is get back on the court and play more.

As a massage therapist, it’s given me an even greater appreciation for what so many pickleball players experience. The game is incredibly fun, but it can be demanding on the body.
