You think being a host family is a good idea, until you have to say good-bye. And trust me, this is a good-bye none of us wanted💔In June we got paired up with a phenomenal athlete; kind, gracious, humble, beyond talented who is now our favorite 18 year old in the world☺️Cillian was so much fun to have and we badly wanted to see him live out his dream here on Cali SMOED. Everyone of all ages loved him when they met him!! Unfortunately it’s SO tough, not easy in the slightest, to get him back on US soil coming from Ireland, and now we are all left heartbroken! Seeing him with his smoed besties enjoying life as a Cali guy for a bit was a memory us Chapman’s feel blessed to have. He was SO sweet to Kaylee and her friends. @cillianosullivan5 you will go far in life with your boldness and fearlessness to chase dreams and goals. They may not work at the time, but don’t ever give up. We are so grateful to know you and your family now, and please come again to visit! From MERICA🇺🇸 to MEXICO🇲🇽~ us Chapman’s LOVE to travel. I just love the amazing people we have met, the fabulous friendships we have made, within our cheer community. You truly become extended family, especially during comp season. Thank you Liz, Drew and Bowie for hosting such a fun Daddy + Daughter stunting fun morning at your fabulous launch pad @thelaunchpadla ! 🌟 Our first season complete with the Cali allstars!🌟 It’s hard to believe a full season has flown by. It seems just yesterday we were meeting the girls, the coaches, the families, trying on practice gear and uniforms, making hotel reservations, googling Venue’s and practicing HARD! Now, these girls are bonded together, forever as sisters, and we will always be family. This season had tremendous growth for Kaylee, and she is loving life doing cheer with this crew. Thank you so much to our special, fun, wonderful, talented Junior Black team for being everything we could’ve hoped for and more. Kaylee adored everyone on her team! School: “Your child has been marked absent today”… Me: Oh sorry, she’s a lil busy 😏 not condoning missing school, but some lessons just aren’t learned in the classroom.👌 5 FULL days in Houston for our first time at NCA. Houston did an amazing job hosting this incredible event! What a literal blast to see so many amazing teams from all over the map. Our Junior Black ladies SHINED out on that stage!! When I’m 80, i’ll be right back here in my dreams🥹🥲🥰Something about competitive cheer has us completely addicted. We had such an amazing time in Viva Las Vegas with Kaylee’s incredible team. Love our memories and season so much! Today the angel of my lifetime, my soul dog, my handsome prince🤴 turns the BIG 4 💙💙💙💙 although he is still a wild man at times, he is so much more calm and chill and loving and simply the PERFECT pet. I cant imagine life without this gentle giant loving on us every second. This covid baby made life so much more fun and exciting when we got him and I have been obsessed from day 1. 4 years of making me the happiest fur mama!!! 🐾 🦴 To me dogs are not animals, they are human children with fur. It’s National Coaches Day and the Chapman family is GRATEFUL for these excellent humans who have showed up for our kid and all the kids day in and day out with love, respect, care, positivity with a side of fun and silliness. This Cali crew offers us SO much GOOD and we honor them every single day. Coaches are human too, they get tired, have headaches, bad days but what I see here with the Cali crew is they show up faithfully for these athletes no matter what! 👏 We totally love them ALL and thank Eddie, Orby, Danny, Dillon, Brian, John, Zoey, Eric, Nat, Nemo, our beloved Sampson the GOAT, and Siena who is teaching us stretching at the Launch Pad 💙🖤🤸‍♀️Thank you guys for ALL you do day in and day out helping us achieve our goals and dreams!!! #nationalcoachesday #coachesofinstagram by @ginagchap

🌟Happiest 11th BIRTHDAY to this gem, our sweet fun-loving ABIGAIL!🌟 The entire Chapman family adores this dear friend and feel blessed to have her in our lives. So long, August! 😔 August always ends up being an incredibly fun and good month, probably because the sun is shining, height of summer is here, school is on the horizon but still having fun with friends and enjoying life before the responsibilities come again full circle. Well shucks, 10 years have come and gone. Double digits is INSANE. Although it was almost two weeks ago now, lol, we are still partying it up and delightfully enjoying our big ten year old. 9 was such an awesome year. So sad to see it go. We love looking back on the memories from 9-10. This girl has such a better social life than I did at this age😑🤔 lucky!
