What started as cooking for family, friends, and small gatherings has grown into Eugins Kitchen and Otiks Event—two brands rooted in faith, passion, culture, resilience, and community.

In this interview, I shared a little about my journey from Nigeria to the United States, building my business while balancing motherhood, my professional career, and military service, and the experience of relocating from California to Dallas and rebuilding in a completely new market.

The journey has not always been easy, but every challenge has strengthened me and reminded me why I started. Through Eugins Kitchen, we are not only serving authentic Nigerian food—we are creating memorable experiences, celebrating our culture, and bringing people together. ❤️

The first half of the year is already behind us. Time really is one of life’s greatest gifts, and once it’s gone, we can never get it back.

As we step into a new month, I’m choosing gratitude. Grateful for life, for family, for growth, for every lesson, every opportunity, and for God’s faithfulness through it all.

God, I’m so thankful for my soft life.

To me, a soft life isn’t measured by private jets, designer labels, or the latest trends. It’s measured by God’s peace, genuine joy, good health, and a family I cherish.

My soft life is laughter at home, answered prayers, meaningful moments, and a peace that surpasses all understanding. Those are the blessings I’ll never take for granted.
