I have officially graduated with my Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communication & Public Relations🎓

My time at Sacred Heart University may have been short, but it was filled with so much growth, adventure, opportunities and new friendships. I am forever grateful for this past year and the person I have become because of it.

I’m also so proud of myself for taking the leap to join such an incredible program and even more proud of everything I have accomplished over the past year.❤️

Here’s to the next adventure and to actually having time to write again!📝⭐️🌱

Still at the restaurant…

So here’s a photo dump of this past season and my solemn goodbye.

The Sound Tigers were the team that introduced me to hockey. Whether it was class trips or family outings, they were always a part of my life.

The Sound Tigers are the reason why I wanted to work in sports from a young age. They made sure that as fans and as a community, we were just as much a part of the team as the players.

To say it will be weird without them in Bridgeport would be an understatement. But what a season to go out on and I’m glad I got to experience it the way I did!💙🧡 taken in Total Mortgage Arena by @ginambeattie

✨ARC Review✨

🍴Not According to Plan by Meg Doody🌷

The cutest read that encapsulates life in New England🐚⛵️

The book follows Brooke, a wedding planner, trying to prove that she is ready to take over her mother’s wedding planning agency, and Caleb a chef who comes back home from the West Coast to help with his family’s business. Faced with the biggest wedding of their careers the two must put aside their differences and work together while also facing their past, their careers, and their feelings for one another.

As a Connecticut local, I appreciate the small nods that Doody makes to the Connecticut experience from Grilled Cheeses at Duchess to reminiscing about the Whalers 🐳🥪

Thank you Meg Doody for the early look into Brooke and Caleb’s journey in Not according to Plan! 💙

Make sure to follow @megdoodywrites and keep up with her upcoming work.
