Art has a wonderful way of starting conversations. It was a pleasure sharing this painting with @jorgeserratosf and @anafernandafc and hearing their thoughts on it. A quality moment shared with the fabulous Jorge and Ana!

This painting is now sold however more of my paintings remain available to collectors through the @inaghlodge Hotel or directly via my website www.ginaoconnor.square.site

When I begin a painting, I rarely know how it will end. I sort of feel my way along allowing the process do its thing and voila there it is, a new painting in full bloom! Can't wait to see how this piece turns out. Not long now!

Faoileáin ag Faire - Seagulls Watching
Our Wild Atlantic seagulls are a lively lot
They watch, then swoop, soar and scream. A joy to witness. In this oil painting I wanted to capture the energy of our many wild and wonderful Irish seagulls and the way they might look at us!
Why not fly over to my website for a closer look?! Link in bio.

This highly textured oil painting was a leap into new process for me and it was so worth the risk. 'Joy of the Moon' was an out of space experience to paint! Hope you like 👍
