I just had a fantastic workout!!! Yesterday and today were both extraordinary…

Yesterday, because I did a two hour hard core session by myself that felt so great physically and spiritually. 🙏

Today, a nearby trainer helping someone else said to me “ girl you got some balance going on”. Said with his young hip attitude!😎 I’ve been practicing every day balancing on one foot on the half ball, while squatting like the karate kid. They are all waiting for the kick😉😂

Someone working out nearby said “wow, that was great”. I held the one legged squat while balancing for probably a minute or longer, until failure💪

Then I go to the sauna. I always workout in the sauna. Gives me a much better sweat. Three of the ladies who were just sitting prior, start moving their bodies. As the last one in with me she looks at me and smiles and says “ you’re really motivating”. 😬🥰
