I never changed my Pinterest boards, so I can look back and see the growth in what I saw as an example, a goal, an inspiration. These are all ‘aesthetics’ one not necessarily better than the other, but one fits me better than the previous. As I’ve found myself I can look back and see how far I once was from her, I am happy to have found her 🤍

A little disclaimer: these are obviously all ‘aesthetic’: I’ve saved them once. With this post I am not saying that the first picture is wrong or needs changing (in some cases, actually maybe yes :), but definitely not all). These are all pictures that once suited me, but I now realize they are a version of myself that’s not true to the real me. And over the years I’ve gotten closer to that true self again. I really do not want to offend anyone: This ‘true self’ is different for everyone 🤍 by @ginavdaya

“social media is fake” we’ve all heard it, but do we KNOW it? I think you might only truly understand this when social media is your work or you post a BUNCH of stuff. You realize: this is me, yes, but not every bit of it. It’s fragmented, I choose the frames I share; the stories; what perspective; what aesthetic; I redo a video until I sound nice enough; I pick the outfit (and not that one cus I’ve already posted so many in that one); u ignore the ugly pictures and post the cute ones as if the other ones weren’t even part of the reality. “Social media is fake”, social media is also real. What I post is real, but I just leave out a part. Social media is fragmented. Never forget it 🤍 by @ginavdaya

for the sake of honesty: deze voice-over heb ik denk ik 30 keer opnieuw opgenomen en ik heb vele bladzijdes uit mijn schriftje gescheurd omdat ik het script niet goed vond. Waarom? Omdat ik zo enthousiast ben over @drhauschka.nl dat alles als een onzin reclame klonk. Maar het is waar. Ik ben zo fan van hun werkwijze, hun producten; filosofie en ingrediënten: echt werken met de kracht van de natuur, niet de troep eruit halen voor een groene verkoopstikker. Elk event sta ik weer te kijken van alle eerlijkheid die zij dragen. Zij produceren eigenlijk nooit nieuwe producten, want wat ze hebben werkt écht, waarom dat steeds iets nieuws maken? En als ze dat dan wel doen, moet dat iets bijzonders zijn <3 Hun nieuwe hydratatie serum is een serum met 12 planten die allemaal een eigen unieke en pure functie hebben 🌱🪷 Als je daar over leest vraag je je af waarom de norm anders is. Tuurlijk zit er een intense kracht in vruchten die groeien tussen niks anders dan droog zand! @drhauschka.nl 💚 AD by @ginavdaya
