Brutalist office concept in Tel Aviv taken in Tel Aviv, Israel by @gindi.studio

Client: Hi Tech Office
Area: 4,000 sqm
Year: 2026
Location: Tel-Aviv, Israel

Design Team: Vered Gindi, Natasha Gurevich
Team Lead: Sivan Aniv
Lead Designer: Shani Schwartz

The design concept for the project was born from the meeting between a global, innovative spirit and the warm, local, eclectic character of Tel Aviv.
Our aim was to create a workplace that feels less like a traditional office and more like a vibrant Tel Aviv home — intimate, colorful, relaxed, and welcoming. The open workspaces and reception areas express a contemporary and refined identity, while the meeting rooms, hospitality zones, and shared spaces draw inspiration from Tel Aviv apartments, Bauhaus architecture, and vintage-inspired furniture and lighting.
The color palette reflects the city’s landscape: earthy tones and dusty blush, energetic yellow, greens inspired by Tel Aviv’s boulevards, and deep blues drawn from the Mediterranean Sea. Natural wood, local stone, textiles, artwork, greenery, and acoustic elements come together to create a rich, layered environment — professional and precise, yet warm, personal, and informal.
A workplace that connects global and local, old and new, work, community, and hospitality.

Client: Applied Materials
Area: 25,000 sqm
Year: 2025
Location: Rehovot, Israel

Design Team: Vered Gindi
Team Leader: Ifat Cohen Fishman
Lead Designer: Natasha Gurevich, Danielle Taieb

How do you translate a global leader in science, precision engineering, and semiconductor technology into a workplace that feels warm, connected, and human-centered? The design balances technological sophistication with natural warmth, combining monochromatic tones, clean architectural lines, and natural materials. A central staircase, created by opening the floor plates between levels, serves as the heart of the campus, encouraging movement, interaction, and community. Throughout the space, a palette of graphite, concrete, warm oak, and earth tones reflects Applied Materials’ commitment to innovation while creating a welcoming environment rooted in people, sustainability, and local impact.
