Ginga isn’t just about moving your hips… it’s about knowing which muscles you’re using and why. 🌀✨

Before we get into the movement, I use activation exercises to wake up the right muscles and help you connect with your body.

We work on:
✨ Weight transfer
✨ Core engagement
✨ Hip mobility
✨ Glute activation
✨ Posture & alignment
✨ Grounding and control

Because when you become more aware of your body, your Ginga becomes more intentional, controlled and powerful. 🔥

This is what makes our Ginga classes different we don’t just copy the movement. We understand it, feel it and build it from the foundations.

Ready to connect with your Ginga? 👑

📍 Habitas Wellness Center, Loop Street, Cape Town

Come move with us and discover what your body is capable of.

✨ GINGA BEADS ARE BACK! ✨

What started as something I made for the Ginga Queens has now become a little family affair. ❤️

My mom has officially joined the Ginga Beads team and is busy making your beads for us! 🥹🤎 There’s something so special about seeing this grow and having family be part of the journey.

And guess what… NEW COLOURS HAVE ARRIVED! 🌈✨

Whether you’re dancing, styling your Ginga or simply want to add a little extra movement to your look we’ve got you!

💌 Put your orders through and choose your colour!

Made with love. Worn with Ginga. 💃🏽✨

✨ GINGA, QUEENS!✨

A little throwback to the Ginga choreo with these beautiful ladies! 💃🏾🔥

Did we get the directions a little confused at the end? 👀😂
YES.

But did we laugh, keep moving and have the BEST time together?
ALWAYS. ❤️

Because Ginga isn’t about getting every step perfect it’s about feeling your body, finding your flow, building confidence and enjoying the journey. ✨

So here’s to the moments where we forget which way we’re going… and just keep dancing anyway! 😂💃🏾

More Ginga, more movement, more confidence, more fun. 👑
