any sort of vertical pull like pull-ups or chin-ups will hit the lats very well. any sort of horizontal pull such as barbell rows will hit the traps rhomboids and rear delts(slightly) and any hinge like an ral or deadlift will hit the spinal errectors and upper traps very well. if u want some isolation lifts like pullovers shrugs and kelso shrugs are good too#capcut #back #backworkout #gym #GymTok by @gingerjohnlifts14
