With only THREE DAYS until pre-orders open for the re-opening on my bakery I thought i’d take some time to introduce how my bakery functions for those who have never ordered from me (or any cottage bakery before). Hopefully this answers a lot of your questions, but i’m always around if you need me! What are you looking forward to with The Ginger Tart Bakery re-opening? I can’t wait to get to baking! #microbakery #lexingtonfoodie #lexingtoneats #lexingtonbakery #cottagebakery taken in Lexington, Kentucky by @gingertartbakery

Friends. I know I've posted about @gingertartbakery repeatedly over the past few weeks, but there's a reason. And just when I think she can't blow my mind anymore than she already has, she releases a new flavor that has me ready to devour the entire stack in one sitting. 🥵😂🎉🎊

The Blueberry Pancake flavor released last week is my new favorite. She could refuse to make anything new and I would be just fine with it. The maple and blueberry combo flavor was out of this world. Just know that I picked my order up Friday and half of them were gone before bed. 😬🤣❤️🔥

Quit playing with her time and place your pre-order TODAY! Your taste buds will thank you! 🥳🙌🏾

The cookie flavor of the week is Stardew Valley Pink Cake! It’s my interpretation of what the pink cake would taste like as a cookie - a chewy pink strawberry cookie, filled with strawberry creme wafers and sprinkled with strawberry finishing sugar. Inspired by the countless hours we’ve played as a family building our family farm (it’s named Stink Farm), rejecting corporate takeover of our small town and building community with our neighbors via questionable soup (who DOESN’T eat vats of soup at a luau?) #stardewvalley #stardewvalleyfanart #cookies #cookiebakery #cozygaming taken in Lexington, Kentucky by @gingertartbakery

@gingertartbakery showcased some new flavors this past week and my taste buds were so satisfied with each of them! 🎉🎊

I had to get a dozen of the chaos bag so I could try all the flavors I'd never had. They were SO delicious! The new permanent flavor, Brown Butter Oatmeal Butterscotch was fantastic. She's got a Blueberry Pancake cookie this week as the limited time flavor. I just know it's going to be amazing! 🔥⭐️

Keep delaying your order if you want to. But you can't say I didn't apply the pressure for you to grab yours! While you're thinking about them, I'll be eating them! Quit playing and place your pre-order now! 🥳🙌🏾
