October 2025: recessed spotlights or surface mounted spotlights??? We went for the latest, for which reasons:
1. more flexibility to change 2. way cheaper 3. easier to assemble 4. colourful changes and app control easy 5. minimalistic spots 6. more variants of spotlights 7. can be changed to other lamps easily … thanks to a great customer support from www.leuchtenreich.de #dreamhome #haeusslebauer #eigenheim #spotmyhouse #spotlights (unbezahlte & unbeauftragte Werbung wegen Markennennung) by @gingko.mansion23

September 2025: New LED project. Inspired by some fancy Pinterest pictures, we made some preparations to install a LED stripe at our roof terrace.
However it was quite difficult to bring that to life, first to find the right LED length for an installation like that and secondly to find a good way to fix it long term to our thermal insulation composite system.
We had very good help from LED_Universum @led_universum to customise it to our needs and lots of support to find the right products regarding LED stripes, matching alu profiles and power supply. Secondly we found the best glue with expert knowledge from our HaaseBau. Now we can enjoy our roof terrace even more. April 2025: Visions come true 🥰 probably highly influenced by some Pinterest posts we wanted to install LED strips in our hallway as well. The choice of the best product for our purposes was pretty tough I must say. Technology was supposed to be hidden, length 3m, dimmable, remote control … we had a great support though with @led_universum 🫶 Perfect customer support and deep knowledge, easy ordering and quick delivery- thumbs up and recommendation from us.

February 2025: It feels ages since we started off this project, but now it’s finally there - we’re moving with the support of the service of our chosen partner @_movaris_ which we highly recommend. 1 on-site visit to prepare an offer plus picture documentation were taking place 2 jointly created inventory lists with all goods and services 3 packing materials were delivered two weeks prior to the move 4 two trucks, 4 people and lots of special packaging for specific items such as the 65” TV arrive 5 furniture was disassembled and loaded 6 new home was covered up completely to avoid any damages 7 unpacking and reassemble the furniture Now the remaining chaos is on us 🙈🫶 How about you- did everything go according to plan when you moved into your new home 🏠? #dreamhome #haeusslebauer #eigenheim #hausbau2024 #hausbau2025 #umzug #movement #moveforward #allesmussmit #umzugsunternehmen by @gingko.mansion23

February 2025: Our staircase is getting ready to. Feels like home already. We are nearly there, two weeks to go till the move. There were a few setbacks on the way, however there is hardly any problem without a solution. #dreamhome #haeusslebauer #traumhaus #stairscase #treppenhaus #baufortschritt #constructionprogress by @gingko.mansion23
