On this day "October 5th 1986"..."40 Years Ago!!" My beloved Mother Hattie Elizabeth Roundtree Vann🌹❤️ went peacefully to Glorious Heaven🙏🏾😇 sadly passing away from Lung Cancer at the very young age of 52 years old😞 It was and remains the most devasting and saddest moment in my life😞 Not only did the World lose a True Queen she was an undefeatable courageous and incredibly beautiful human spirit and my everlasting soulful inspiration🙏🏾😇☮️❤️ Not a single second goes by of every day that I do not think of her and EVERYTHING that she meant to me, my beloved Brother Robert & my entire family as she was the absolute truest love of my late beloved Father Charles's life🙏🏾😇☮️❤️ I have lived more than "Two thirds of my Life" (I'm now 62 years old) without her remarkable unbelievable presence and loving wisdom as I was only just "22 years old" at the terribly sad time of her going home to God🌹🙏🏾😇☮️❤️ She has always and continues to live very deep within my heart & soul & in all the lives she touched with all her wonderful loving spirit🙏🏾😇❤️ She missed so many special moments in my life, becoming a loving Father, marriages to my ex wife Maria and my current wife Lucia (Lucy) All of my "40 years of public service" as a Physical Education Teacher, Championship Winning Athletic Coach, Athletic Director, and as an After School & Assistant Summer Camp Program Director with children, young adults, and students at various schools all throughout New York City & Upstate New York along with the extremely fortunate and incredible experience of working abroad in Europe (*Teaching & Coaching Basketball in London England 1998-2002) in addition working for several non-for-profit agencies most recently receiving the hearfelt and very rewarding working experience as a Recreation Director for Recovering Drug & Acholic addicted men on Staten Island. During all the wonderful experiences all throughout my life my beloved Mother remains my constant "guiding spiritual light🙏🏾😇❤️" full of the dearest love and the sincerest affection that I proudly & lovingly spread onto to each and every single person who crosses my path in my life. May God continue to forever Bless you MA🌹 taken in Staten Island, New York by @gingvann
