Today, Ginn ELITE 14U had an incredible team bonding and building session that truly showcased the power of unity and brotherhood. The team started off by playing UNO, which was not only fun but also a great way to break the ice and build connections. This led up to an exciting 7-on-7 event, emphasizing the importance of being great on the field and off.

One of the highlights of the day was when each player had to sit with a teammate they knew little about. They took the time to learn something new about one another and then presented it to the team. This activity not only built relationships but also strengthened the culture of trust and camaraderie within the team.

We owe this creative and innovative idea to Amanda, a team mom, who implemented this for her team. Her initiative highlights the significant role as a team mom play in their children’s lives, bringing unique perspectives and ideas that foster growth and unity. Amanda’s dedication to her child’s team is a testament to the positive impact that supportive and involved parents have on youth development.

These experiences are incredibly positive for the children, as they foster a sense of brotherhood and mutual respect. By building these relationships, we are creating a supportive environment where every player feels valued and motivated to give their best, both as athletes and as individuals. The bonds formed today will undoubtedly contribute to their growth and success, both on and off the field. @ginnelite14u @tedginnjr_19 @_aberry5 @ccm_sulie @ripbooman_
