The "Pirate Plaque" is officially finished!! 🏴‍☠️

This was an idea I had last year that I felt like I could actually bring to life. Performing as a circus artist was something that I wanted to immortalize and commemorate. It took a while and it has gone through many revisions and changes, but it has finally been completed!

I never would have been able to do this without the help of some of my favorite people: @ginny_ransom @mightymouse1994 @ramseydivenfineartist @tropicthai and @hayythai
Thank you IMMENSELY for all of your contributions and help, this piece is not only a way to remember Pirates, but a way to show my admiration and love for you all. I appreciate you and I cannot thank you enough. (Credit to Ramsey for the amazing art on the wanted poster!!)

To the rest of the cast and crew, thank you for taking the time to sign the back and make this project even more incredible and memorable!!

Over the past 4 months I’ve had the most incredible opportunity to complete an internship at Ocean Connections with some of the best people and animals!! I’m so incredibly thankful for this opportunity! Thank you for helping me officially start my career in this field, transforming my formal education to my first hands-on experience in animal husbandry and training. Thank you for setting standards high for my knowledge and development as well as for the quality of care, demonstrating the best care to these amazing animals and always highlighting the need for conservation and education! I learned so much from each and every trainer and each and every species! I will carry this knowledge and experience with me to each new adventure! Where do I even start…this show has changed me in every way. My mind, my body, my confidence, my relationships, my friendships, my approach to learning, to people, and to experiencing the world around me. I’ve overcome so many things outside of and within the bounds of this show physically and mentally truly shifting who I am moving forward and saying goodbye to this life may just be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. There have been many ups and many downs, many people who I’ve had the privilege to perform along side and thousands and thousands of audience members that I’ve had the absolute privilege of connecting with through this art. I couldn’t have done it without the constant support and assistance from my Noah. We moved to Myrtle Beach almost 3.5 years ago with dreams and honestly quite a bit of fear but we’ve built such a life, become confident performers. We got engaged on this stage, one of the many joyful moments etched into my brain forever. Thank you my Noah for bringing me to Myrtle Beach and for playing such a huge hand in my privilege and ability to perform on this stage. I also want to thank my best friends here, Josh and Ramsey. You two were truly meant to be in our lives. You two made it feel like family was never too far away. I’ve said since the start that Ramsey, you are a perfect mixture of me and all my sisters and you brought me so much comfort in feeling like I had family in Myrtle. And I’m so thankful for every moment you have captured of us on stage through your amazing talents. Josh, you have been like a big brother to me and more. You’ve always been there for me to help me, coach me, and support me every single step of the way. I wouldn’t have been able to make it to this stage without you. And to every other amazing person I’ve met and loved along the way…you’ve all taught me so much, brought me so much joy, and have shown me friendship like no other.
